The Maid follows Molly (Pugh), a maid at the ritzy Regency Grand Hotel, who is ‘used to being invisible,’ cleaning up after the rich and famous and the secrets they leave behind.

Her world gets turned upside down when she discovers an infamous and wealthy guest named Mr. Black dead in his bed.

What follows is described as a search for the truth that mirrors the popular board game Clue, as Molly tries to determine who she can trust.
